1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of rimucap.com (the "Service") operated by Rimu Capital Limited (Level 8, 23 Customs Street East, Auckland 1010). By using the Service you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
